We had an incredible stay, especially enjoying the delicious variety of food, with freshly cooked meals daily, and the pool was pristine and inviting! Just wish the sunbed prices were more reasonable!

The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep up, causing discomfort during the stay. I found the pricing for sunbeds to be a bit ridiculous for an all-inclusive setup, particularly when the pool area didn't offer enough shaded loungers at no extra cost. There were also issues with noise disturbances late at night from groups returning from outings, which impacted sleep. Lastly, there was confusion around breakfast arrangements. not being able to switch a meal option left a sour note at checkout.

The spa boasted an indoor pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation. Daily themed dinners featured fresh dishes. The pool area was huge with plenty of sunbeds. Management was always accessible, ensuring we had everything we needed.

I enjoyed my stay in the family junior suite. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained. I also appreciated the help from the staff, especially during breakfast when they remembered my preferences. One evening, I sat by the pool bar and enjoyed a delicious mojito, which was a nice touch after a long day. The location was close to the beach and local shops, making it easy to explore.

This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, free parking, and great bar/lounge area. I remember when the staff assisted me in finding my lost ID card on my first visit. I'll be back for another city break!

Great option for families

The buffet was themed each night, and let me tell you, the Greek night had a Stifado that was simply to die for. I had to go back for seconds , it was that good. the staff treated my family like we were family, so you know they care.

The pool area impressed me a lot. it's spacious with plenty of sunbeds, although the premium sunbeds at extra cost felt a bit unnecessary, especially during busy times. The food certainly stood out. breakfast had an amazing selection and was always fresh, making it a highlight of our stay. Dinner options were varied, but I found some dishes could be hotter, not lukewarm. I had trouble with the air conditioning in my room on arrival, which made the first night uncomfortable. Staff responded quickly to my requests, but the response time could improve, especially during busier hours. A significant letdown was the all-inclusive package that ended at noon on departure day. other hotels usually offer a more extended service, which struck me as unusual. I enjoyed the bar, with the mojitos being particularly good. great location and services, but some areas need attention for a perfect stay.
